Sales Development Representative


 

The ideal candidate is an energetic self-starter with a willingness to learn and the ability to identify influencers and key decision-makers within accounts. They will discover qualified opportunities through inbound and outbound outreaches, build rapport to set up Discovery calls for Senior Sales Associates, and complete the necessary follow-up after meetings

  • Drive top-of-the-funnel lead generation for Senior Sales Associates and Sales Managers.
  • Update and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in CRM in a timely manner.
  • Consistently achieve a monthly quota of qualified opportunities.
  • Generate a pipeline for Account Executives leveragingcold calls, emails, LinkedIn, social media, (sales outreach tools provided by The Functionary).
  • Follow organizational sales flow to communicate appropriate sales information through the correct channels.

Qualifications

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with working in a remote environment.
  • Cold call sales experience in English
  • Familiarity with a CRM (preferably HubSpot no required)
  • Previous Experience selling to a USA Market
  • Software Sales Experience
  • BPO/Call Center Sales Experience
  • B2B Sales Experience
