The ideal candidate is an energetic self-starter with a willingness to learn and the ability to identify influencers and key decision-makers within accounts. They will discover qualified opportunities through inbound and outbound outreaches, build rapport to set up Discovery calls for Senior Sales Associates, and complete the necessary follow-up after meetings
- Drive top-of-the-funnel lead generation for Senior Sales Associates and Sales Managers.
- Update and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in CRM in a timely manner.
- Consistently achieve a monthly quota of qualified opportunities.
- Generate a pipeline for Account Executives leveragingcold calls, emails, LinkedIn, social media, (sales outreach tools provided by The Functionary).
- Follow organizational sales flow to communicate appropriate sales information through the correct channels.
Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with working in a remote environment.
- Cold call sales experience in English
- Familiarity with a CRM (preferably HubSpot no required)
- Previous Experience selling to a USA Market
- Software Sales Experience
- BPO/Call Center Sales Experience
- B2B Sales Experience
