Assistant Logistics [Malaysia]


 - Responsible to manage requisitions including printing out emails, update order into WMS and print picklists for designated clients. - Handover Picklist to Operations team, update the total cartons and weight inti WMS, complete and generate Delivery Order - Ensure the inventory is managed efficiently and effectively in accordance with guidelines and procedures. - Create GRN in Warehouse Management System (WMS), generate and send necessary Inventory reports to clients and Management. - Investigate and correct any mistakes / discrepancies in operations with proper approval from Management. - Communicate effectively with clients. - Conduct monthly stock count and prepare stock reconciliation - To prepare a PR for supplies stock replenishment. - Carry out any other tasks as may be required.
