About Role: Customer Success- Performance Marketing (Amazon)
The KPIs for the role include maintaining high customer satisfaction, reducing churn, maintaining high-quality customer/pre-sales/post-sales interactions and potential upsell opportunities
Take ownership of accounts- Low/Mid Value clients.
Leading Kick-off clients to discuss and set the objectives for accounts. Amazon Ads management, campaign optimization, and deep understanding of the PPC Advertising model.
Analyse data trends and understand customer behavior to identify pain points and areas of opportunity.
Maintain a high level of communication and clarity with the client by setting up regular follow-up meetings. Responsible for also creating and presenting fortnightly and monthly reports.
Flawless execution end-to-end campaign optimization.
Identify potential opportunities to upsell, cross-sell and increase the MRR.
Data-oriented and must always interact with potential and current customers to understand the pulse of the need and pain points that they face.
Basic Qualifications:
Graduate degree from a reputed institution.
Must be highly motivated to deliver results as an individual contributor and a team player. Must be willing to work in shifts to cater to global markets.
Superior verbal and written communication skills (verbal and written).
Advanced computer literacy especially in Microsoft Office applications – Excel, Word, and PowerPoint (or Google Office )
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Must be able to handle multiple competing priorities at the same time with tight deadlines.
Desire to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
Passionate about online business, e-commerce, and sales/onboarding support.

Salary: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
